No-Guilt Nachos


Here’s a simple and healthy meal or snack you can whip up in less than 15 minutes.

No-Guilt Nachos

Layer onto individual plates:

  • Baked Tortilla Chips
  • Bean Dip or Vegetarian Refried Beans (warmed)
  • Grated Cheese

Microwave each plate individually to melt cheese.


  • Sliced Black Olives (optional)
  • Salsa
  • Light Sour Cream
Note: The Bean Dip is more flavorful than the plain canned, vegetarian refried beans.
