Have you made progress on your plans to have a healthier holiday season? How about eating slower? Or working in an extra walk here and there (maybe between snowstorms or downpours)? Or saying “No thanks” to second helpings? Or asking for support when you’re overwhelmed? Or eating your vegetables!
