Small Changes Matter

ornaments and candlesHave you made progress on your plans to have a healthier holiday season?  How about eating slower?  Or working in an extra walk here and there (maybe between snowstorms or downpours)?  Or saying “No thanks” to second helpings?  Or asking for support when you’re overwhelmed?  Or eating your vegetables!  Any one of these choices may seem small but it adds up to big success over the duration of the season.

Small changes matter.  Don’t wait until January to ‘start doing better’.  Small steps taken now will carry over into the new year.

Get a jump on January by making healthy choices now.  Make them small enough to achieve but big enough to matter.

Wishing you many small healthy steps.  You can do it!
