10 Wacky Ways to Stay Fit

Let’s get started, shall we?  Your goal today is to choose an item from the list below and just do it.

10 Wacky Ways to Stay Fit

  1. Run through the parking lot once a day and touch every car.
  2. Climb stairs pretending only every third step is safe.
  3. As often as possible, skip instead of walk.
  4. Hop to work on one foot.  Hop home on the other.
  5. When leaving the zoo, start running towards the parking lot yelling, “Run for your lives, they’re loose!”
  6. Imagine you are James Bond.  You have infiltrated enemy territory.  Proceed to your office under hostile fire.
  7. When the money comes out of the ATM, jump up and down and scream, “I won!  I won! Third time this week!”
  8. Carry a basket of fresh picked apples through a small herd of domesticated cows.  Reach the fence before they do and jump it.  (I did this yesterday.)
  9. Take turns carrying your spouse around the house.
  10. Rent a crazy funny, laugh out loud DVD.

Laughing burns calories, releases fat and reduces stress.   May you find some laughter in each and every day.
